Crunchy is looking for a new sales representative experienced with Audio/Visual sales in a broad range of services including: AV Design and Integration, Interactive Classroom Technology, Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, and more! The Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring and maintaining business relationships with revenue producing customers. The Sales Representative is required to achieve monthly quota assignments in activity, revenue production, and profitability. They are responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory sales plan for the sale of technology products and services in the K-12, Higher Education, Commercial Public, and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
- Develop sales leads and call on prospective customers in person and via phone
- Provide information about the company’s products and services
- Prepare and provide quotes using both software and email
- Negotiate and execute the successful close of sales opportunities to produce new revenue within an acceptable gross margin
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure the successful implementation of product and service opportunities
- Prepare and submit bids as neededWork with the Design Engineer/Procurement to ensure that all opportunities that qualify for special pricing are registered
- Maintain consistent follow up with customers through phone calls and emails
- Log customer interactions and information pertaining to sales opportunities in customer databases
- Assist with trade shows either by direct participation or coordination of materials needed for those shows with the assistance of the Sales Administration Coordinator
- Maintain demonstration equipment inventory for all equipment in their possession
- Work with the CSO to ensure the most current and relevant Marketing information is being presented (both virtually and onsite)
- Maintain and update all customer information in the CRM and Quoting Systems for all assigned customer accounts
- Complete various administrative reports including sales, expenses, and forecast in a timely manner
Requirements
- Knowledge of Audio Visual Systems, Design, and Commerical AV products such as Crestron, Extron, Cisco, QSC, etc.
- 3- 5 years AV industry experience.
- Proven sales experience
- Preferred with a book of business and accounts
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Zoho or similar CRM
- CTS certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience in Audio Video hardware, software, network troubleshooting, basic to intermediate operating system functionality or equivalent training and/or education is necessary. Operating systems include: Windows, OS X, iOS & Android. This position also requires basic to intermediate functionality or equivalent training and/or education in AV Equipment , Control Systems and Digital Signal Processing including but not limited to:
- Microphones, Sound speakers, Amplifiers, Electric & non electric video projection screens, Projectors, Video monitors, Recording equipment, Video Systems
