ABOUT THIS HEALTH CARE ROLE
Schedule: Part-time, 11 AM - 7 PM with rotating weekends.
Your Typical Day: As a part-time Licensed Professional Nurse - LPN, your day begins with a warm welcome from our residents and staff. With great attention to detail, you administer medications, provide specialized nursing care, and monitor patients' conditions. From handling wound care and managing catheters to communicating important health updates to families, your role is pivotal in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care. You also support and guide our direct care staff, contributing to a positive and effective care environment.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Valid LPN license to practice in MA
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- 1 years of nursing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks
