What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Sales Manager position at Crystal Springs Services?
The Crystal Springs is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to add to the evolving Sales Department. The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for booking meetings and events for prospective clients within their designated market segments.
Responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain and solicit companies within designated market segments
- Resort tours and sales presentations
- Off-site presentations and trade shows/business expos
- Telephone sales, lead follow-up, heavy cold calling and referral generation
- Lead tracking and client history via department software
- Generation of proposals and contracts
- Sales revenue generation as specified in the required quotas and goals
- Detailed knowledge of the entire resort, parameters and pricing of all Corporate Sales products-including, but not limited to, meetings, overnight accommodations, golf, banquet and spa
- Weekly activity reports and phone logs, in addition to any miscellaneous reports management may request
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hospitality sales experience
- Must be goal driven, people friendly
- Must be able to work with a dynamic team
