Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our client and play a vital role in supporting day-to-day technical operations. This remote temporary position (with potential for hybrid work if located near Boston, MA) focuses on providing first-level support for desktops, software, network connectivity, and peripheral devices while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible based on time zone)
- Deliver first-level support for PCs, common software platforms, network access, printers, and various business systems
- Document and manage service tickets using an internal tracking system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and occasionally onsite, applying basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with other IT team members and submit knowledge articles to support internal knowledge sharing
- Meet defined service levels and escalate issues when necessary, maintaining awareness of business-critical systems
- Travel occasionally to client offices during implementations or as required
- Participate in on-call support rotations as needed
- 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and basic networking concepts
- HDI SCA, CSR, A , or Network certifications are preferred
