Position Title: Finance Coordinator
Department: Finance
Reports to: Director of Sales and Finance Operations
This is a mid-tier position within the Finance department. This position will work closely with and report
directly to the Director of Sales and Finance Operations. This individual will be responsible for the daily
maintenance of the order-to-cash process which includes, but is not limited to working with the sales
team and finance companies to process customer orders, invoicing to finance partners, finance contract
record-keeping, and data entry/management in CUBEX’s CRM tool & external methods of revenue
tracking.
Key Areas of Responsibilities to Include but are not limited to:
- Support the Director of Sales and Finance Operations with the close-to-cash process ensuring a seamless daily workflow by owning the following processes:
- Processing of customer orders with third-party finance partners
- Communication with the sales team, finance partners, and customers to complete order-to-cash
process - Record keeping of all finance contract data
- Data entry and management in Salesforce.com / external revenue tracking report
- Projection of cash collection based on deal structure and management of cash
projection report - Facilitate daily finance calls with key department heads to provide updates on cash
collection for the organization
- Actively manage sales commission preparation on a semi-weekly basis
- Ad-hoc finance and accounting and finance operations projects & reporting
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to manage and prioritize varying tasks and responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com and/or NetSuite (preferred but not required)
- Strong office suite skills with a concentration in Excel knowledge
- 2-3 years of related work experience
Education/Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university (Business degree in Finance or Accounting preferred)
Hours of Operation/Travel:
- Regular working hours appropriate for full-time employment in the accounting profession.
- Generally working from the Corporate Office in Scottsdale, with occasional visits to our warehouse in Phoenix.
- Hybrid work schedule consisting of Mondays through Thursdays in the Office and Fridays working from home.
- Limited to no travel is required.

Compensation
- $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 DOE
