Scheduling : Manage the service appointment calendar, ensuring efficient time management and resource allocation.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and departmental correspondence.
Communication : Facilitate communication between the service team and other departments to ensure seamless operation.
Administrative Support : Provide crucial administrative support to the service department, including filing, data entry, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirement
Experience : Prior experience in administrative support or secretarial roles is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Technology : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of VBA Programming is preferred.
Problem Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
