Cumberland Family Medical Center (CFMC) operates a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering a wide range of health and social services at multiple sites throughout Kentucky. To improve the overall health of the communities we serve, we are seeking a full-time, experienced nurse practitioner.
This position would provide out-patient comprehensive services including: preventative and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as promoting health education for patients.
