Leasing - Sales Professional

Cummings Properties is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, seasoned sales professional to join its accomplished in-house leasing team in Beverly, Massachusetts. In this leasing role, you will leverage your sales skills, business acumen, and self-motivation to successfully network in the community, establish new prospect and brokerage relationships, identify and develop leasing opportunities, and negotiate and close leases throughout Cummings Properties’ entire real estate portfolio, with a particular emphasis on our Cummings Center and Dunham Ridge campuses in Beverly.

The preferred candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to individual and team goals
• Sound business judgment and strong work ethic
• Highly professional demeanor, both on telephone and in person
• Verifiable history of accomplishment in generating qualified sales leads
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and high social emotional intelligence
• Minimum of five years of successful business experience involving the sale of products and services
• Proven ability to drive business negotiations to a high rate of closure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but not required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
