Reports To: Inside Sales Manager
Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will perform as a team player while providing the highest level of support to internal and external customers by providing an exceptional customer experience, strong attention to detail, and expertly applied technical skills.

Scope of Responsibility:
- Satisfy customer requirements, while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Provide support, and collaborate with Outside Sales Engineers
- Understand products represented and develop quotes for required solutions
- Provide technical assistance to customers on all products represented
- Efficiently enter customer purchase orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Participate in product and company training to enhance job knowledge
