Accounting and Finance Manager

Curran Recruiting is actively engaged with a growing construction firm looking for an Accounting and Finance Manager.

Here's an overview:

• Report directly to the CFO
• Own the accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Partner with other leadership to ensure clean, consistent, and on-time closes
• Lead audits, GAAP compliance, and accounting policy standardization
• Strengthen internal controls and close discipline in a PE-backed environment
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Build models, KPIs, and executive reporting to support strategy and growth
• Improve systems, reporting, and decision-making alongside the CFO

The requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance required
• Experience in a multi-entity or PE backed environment preferred
• Able to work fully in-office near Peachtree Corners
