Role and Responsibilities:
CW Group is seeking a on-site Human Resource Generalist that will provide HR support to our workforce that primarily consist of adults with disabilities and disabling conditions across multiple locations in the United States. This dynamic role involves up to 50% travel, where you'll engage with employees, address HR concerns, and implement best practices at various sites.
- Conduct national full-cycle recruiting for individuals with diverse abilities across multiple government contracts.
- Manage employee relations matters and investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Benefits administration and training.
- Full cycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Proactively recruit and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Collects and maintains required Ability One documentation as it relates to securing and maintaining employment in the rehabilitation/work program
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers on a weekly basis to assess staffing needs and address site-specific concerns.
- Provide detailed weekly updates to Senior HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Specialist regarding site staffing needs and other recruitment related information.
- Network with agencies, universities/colleges, and area service providers to help with the ongoing recruiting of clients/workers

- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, and orientation
- Handle complaints from employees and handle them accordingly
- Conduct investigations and safety inspections
- Performance management
- Manage and track FMLA and Short-Term Disability claims with third-party benefits administrator
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year proven Human Resources experience.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to achieve recruiting goals.
- Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions in critical situations.
- Contribute creatively to HR strategy development and implementation.
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions while considering various perspectives.
- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruiting objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
