Immediate Opening for 3rd shift Warehouse\/Dock Associate

FULL TIME

$21.00\/hour

Sunday through Thursday Night!

Shift: 11:30pm to 8:00am

Off Friday Night and Saturday Night!

Must be experienced sit down propane fork lift operator.

Job Description

LTL (Lighter than Truckload) Trucking Experience preferred.

LTL Trucking and warehousing company located in Melrose Park, IL seeking additional Warehouse Associates to receive, count and reload industrial freight using forklifts.

Responsibilities

  • Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited, to: Receiving freight shipments into cross dock and warehouse.
  • Maintaining full accountability of warehouse inventory, supplies, and equipment, to include description of items, quantities, and locations.
  • Loading trucks\/trailers with customer shipments for delivery, materials, and\/or needed equipment.
  • Upholding with a a high degree of accuracy, safety, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Licenses, Certifications, and\/or Registrations: Certified Forklift Operator (preferred)
  • Valid Drivers license or State ID.

Compensation

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $21.00\/hr.

Experience

  • warehouse \/ forklift: 1 year
  • LTL loading\/unloading experience preferred
