Experienced and Skilled Diesel Technician to become a Senior Diesel Technician

Key Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostics and repair work on diesel vehicles, including engine, transmission, steering, and brake systems.
- Troubleshoot and conduct failure analysis using precision tools such as micrometers, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Oversee and manage the daily workload of other mechanics, serving as a lead within the shop.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and repair times.
- Conduct safety checks, preventive maintenance, and assist with service calls for breakdowns.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
