What You Will Be Doing
- Develop & Coordinate detailed design concepts
- Generate project documents including plans, sections, details, etc., in coordination of a complete construction document package
- Prepare client presentation materials, including design sketches, renderings, models and graphics
- Make independent decisions on architectural problems and methods from sound knowledge base
- Apply sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices
- Coordinate with consultants and/or clients
- Coordinate project manuals
- Review construction work for compliance with construction documents
What You Need for this Position
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Experience in Revit is a must
- Graphic, 3D visualization, and CAD experience
- Registered or pursuing registration preferred
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project desirable
- Knowledge of construction materials
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
