Position Overview
The Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, primarily focusing on the real estate sector. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can lead audit teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- BS Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- minimum of 8 years of audit experience, with a focus on real estate preferred
- demonstrable supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- $125-150k base annual discretionary bonus ~approx 10%
