Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise audit engagements, including planning, executing, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and procedures, and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to audit team members, and develop staff through training and mentoring
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for new business
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, and manage stakeholder expectations
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
