We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality audit services to our clients in various industries. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in the field of public accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, in accordance with firm and professional standards.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support during audits and other assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide insightful recommendations based on audit findings.
- Prepare and present audit reports to clients, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
