Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop land and site development projects
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Strong knowledge of land development and site development processes
- Excellent communication and client relations skills
