Senior Designer - Revit, AutoCAD, Architecture

The Senior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating innovative design solutions, and overseeing the design process from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• 5 years of architectural experience
• Architect license is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is preferred
• Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality design and architectural drawings
  
  

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team, clients and consultant/contractor representatives effectively
• Proficiency with required computer software (Revit, Autocad, Photoshop)
• Assist Project Manager and collaborate with Project Architect in coordinating necessary tasks for a variety of projects
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all project related assignments
• Prepare and produce design and construction documents, including enlarged millwork details
• Translate design concepts into floor and furniture plans, building assemblies and material/product specifications
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and construction methods
• Complete research as needed
