We are seeking a skilled Laser Programmer to join our team. This role is critical to supporting our manufacturing operations and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have experience in fixture and jig design, as well.
Key Responsibilities:- Program and maintain CNC laser systems to ensure optimal performance and precision.
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling for new and existing product lines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support product development and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laser programming and fixture design.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Proven experience programming and maintaining CNC laser equipment.
- Strong background in fixture and jig design for manufacturing applications.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design work.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
