We specialize in commercial construction including new construction, tenant up-fit and remodeling projects. Due to growth we are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with a commercial background. Experience in the following would be a bonus, sitework, grading, paving, parking lots, excavation.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be working on new construction and remodeling of high-end grocery stores, national retail stores, national drug stores and open-air shopping malls as well as large industrial warehouses, manufacturing facilities, medical offices, and schools from preschool to universities.
- Develop and manage the construction plan/schedule for the successful execution of the work performed
- Interact effectively with Owners, teams, and other stakeholders to maintain a positive project environment and exceptional client experience
- Provide leadership and guidance to assigned project team members and subcontractors
- Review contract drawings
- Perform walk-throughs, schedule inspections, ensure permits are in place
- Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, site cleanliness, OSHA, and trade performance
- Conducts weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors and prepares daily field status reports
- Collaborates with the Project Manager to develop the preliminary budget and schedule
- Ensure proper project closeout
- Schedule, manage, and supervise completion of a final punch list
