What You Will Be Doing
- Represent the company in new business ventures by establishing connections with key players in upcoming projects.
- Assign follow-up tasks to current clients in accordance with prior results.
- Control the estimating staff and evaluate proposals.
- Supervise, train, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports, including conducting performance evaluations.
- Assure efficient scheduling of all the materials and tasks needed to finish a project on schedule and within budget.
- Create and preserve connections with organizations, associations, and leaders in the industry.
- Project staffing requirements. Interview, train, and hold onto top performers.
- Monthly management updates to ensure that projects are moving forward on time and on budget.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
