As an Implementation Specialist, you will configure new client data in our payroll and HRIS systems, collaborating closely with the sales, training, and operations teams. Responsibilities
- Implement new client products and services within the platform.
- Utilize conversion programs or templates to import employee data into isolved.
- Accurately enter and verify all data.
- Identify and communicate client requirements effectively.
- Monitor and maintain implementation timelines.
- Record system issues in tracking systems.
- Conduct post-implementation client satisfaction checks.
- Suggest improvements for internal processes.
- Develop best practice procedures for new Implementation Specialists
- Associate Degree or 5 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of HCM, Benefit, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CFM tools, Smart Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Excel skills
- Pay: $50-55K Bonus Incentives, Benefits, 401K, Fitness Reimbursement, PTO and other company holidays (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
