Responsible for managing relationships through agency implementation of electronic financial services offered by the US Treasury.
Essential Accountabilities
1.Assists agencies in reviewing business and product needs, communicates key insights and documents requirements for migrating to a more cost efficient product solution.
2.Reviews systems requirements. documentation and consults with agencies to ensure technical needs and objectives can be met with available system functionality.
3.Responsible for account management of assigned agencies by providing business and product guidance, education, and training throughout the testing and implementation process.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- Adheres to the Banks attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge Area - Intermediate Level
- Treasury Services products to communicate effectively with agencies
- US payments system, including ACH, checks, plastic cards and emerging digital payments
Skill Area - Intermediate Level

- Ability to process and move customers through implementation processes.
- Performing validation and pre-defined tasks using complex workflows
- Project management abilities to set expectations and track work flow to identify gaps and risks
- Assisting with trouble-shooting user questions

- Ability to continuously build technical expertise with the Treasury Services products to communicate effectively with agencies

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions
- Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees may be required to travel by car/air.
