About the Position:
- Base wage starting at $13.00/hr
- Eligible for up to $1,500 attendance bonus in first 90 days

Job Duties:
- Schedule appointments with homeowners for free estimates on home improvement projects
- Recite the script verbatim to homeowners to schedule qualified appointments
- Help create lifetime customers through our unique blend of exceptional customer service, exclusive products and extended warranties
- Follow up with previous customers that have visited our website/social media platforms for information, and/or inquired into getting a free estimate
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (active listening is a must)
- Ability to meet production standards
- Excellent phone manners and articulation
- Results-driven and excited to bonus from production
- Ability to multitasking in busy environment
- Must have ability to memorize and recite script and rebuttal
- Superior internal and external customer service
