Job Summary
As a Personal Banker, you will serve as trusted advisor with a holistic understanding of your customer’s financial needs and provide value through relevant delivery channels while helping to grow Dacotah Bank in a responsible manner. Utilize resources to grow the Dacotah Bank name through offering use of our Community Room and or offering our professional services to the public and businesses. You will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through the sales, service and transactional relationships you develop and maintain with customers. An expert understanding of the purpose and benefit of Dacotah Bank products and services is required, in order to enhance Wallet Share through serving the needs of customers. You will be a relationship manager for current and future consumer customers, and will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through creating and maintaining positive, professional relationships and by growing loan, deposit and product relationships as a result. Maintain excellent customer relations and effectively cross-sell other bank products and services. Also recognize opportunity to refer Insurance and Trust products and services through advisory and needs identification, ensuring positive and profitable relationships exist between the bank and its customers. Along with daily responsibilities, Dacotah Bank employees are highly encouraged to participate and support the numerous community involvement opportunities the bank provides throughout the year.
