- Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and product availability

- Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the cannabis industry or a similarly regulated sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of Michigan cannabis regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in Michigan’s cannabis industry
