Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to our facility
- Help maintain good traffic flow in service drive
- Communicate with service advisors on guest arrival
- Move vehicles out of the service lane and park in designated area
- Perform alignment checks on service vehicles in drive
- Use floor scrubber as needed to clean service drive
- Assist with guest rides & vehicle pick-up/delivery
- Assist with snow removal, salting, and service lot organization
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Great customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
