Starting Wage: $27.54 $2.30 shift differential
Shift: 2nd – 4:48 PM to 3:18 AM, Monday – Thursday available overtime
Location: Faribault South – By Casey’s in town, off highway 3 by the new Kwik Trip

Summary of duties:
- Assembles component parts of large HVAC units including fan decks, framework, and related parts.
- Required to use repetitive assembly operations related to component parts.
- Follows all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards of the work area, and performs other functions on and off the production line as required.
- Reads and interprets various blueprints, wiring diagrams, test procedures, oral instructions, and/or established procedures and bills of material. Attaches various parts to incomplete assemblies or sub-assemblies using a variety of fixtures, hand and power tools, stand-alone bench press, wire strippers, and material handling equipment.
- Disassembles a range of finished products, recommends the need for minor overhaul or limited parts replacement, and reassembles.
- Performs duties and functions in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical and mechanical controls.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools.
- Ability to read and understand written English.
