What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist position at Daily Grace Enterprises, LLC?
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
This is not a remote position and will be located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).

Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Basic computer, website, technology understanding
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work overtime during Peak Seasons
Job Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries via email, live chat, etc.
- Assist customers with general questions and concerns about various products, shipping policies, etc.
- Redirect customer inquiries about our company theology, history, etc.
- Stay current on company sales, promotions…
- Assist other departments, such as our warehouse, with damage reports, insurance claims, and resolving shipping issues.
- Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, and replacements.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting annual salary for this position is $37,000-$41,000 based on education and experience
