Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Shift Lead to join our Dairy Queen team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our team members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of crew members during your shift.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Assist with cash handling, including register operations and balancing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
