Therapist: Full or Part-Time

We are seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health care for children and adolescents aged 10-17. We are open to LBSW, LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LMAC, and PMHNP.

Responsibilities:

Walk alongside our youth during their mental health journey and advocate for them by connecting them with the resources they need to accomplish their treatment goals.

  • Provide evidence-based services to help youth meet their goals.
  • Work with a professional, multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and collaborate on services.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Communicate and document services, care, and treatment.
  • Complete assessments and regularly evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of techniques.
  • See the treatment plan unfold and help children in real time.

Starting Wage: Competitive salary, dependent on licensure and experience

Qualifications:

The successful applicant must:

  • Have or be working towards a master's or doctorate degree.
  • Be eligible to be licensed in Counseling or Social Work in North Dakota.
  • Credentials that could successfully hold this position:
  • Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
  • Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor (LMAC)*
  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

* Support offered to those willing to become dually licensed.
