We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time) who will be able to drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for ensuring paid media projects (Google Ads, Social Ads) are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of our clients via paid media strategies.
- Campaign Creation:
- Support the Creative team (who will be concepting and designing ads) to ensure we’re following trends and best practices that get results
- Keep up to date on best practices for ads, sizes, types, and more
- Campaign Strategy:
- Understand audience targeting options and create campaign strategies aimed at achieving results and bringing high-quality leads to our clients
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Set up conversion tracking and pixels
- Campaign Execution Optimization:
- Entirely responsible for launching digital ad campaigns on Google Ads (search and display), Bing Ads (search and display), and Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, and more)
- Monitor campaigns regularly and optimize to improve ROI
- Manage overall campaign budgets as set by clients
- Campaign Reporting:
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Update monthly client reports in Looker Studio
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Follow Agency Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as it pertains to onboarding, client communications, file organization, and more
- Support the creation of new SOPs related to paid media, including but not limited to: technical onboarding and offboarding,
- Experience with programmatic ads is a plus
- Support DARCI’s marketing efforts as needed through paid media campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2 years of paid media experience, preferably in an Agency setting, doing both strategy and execution
- Must be able to self-direct your work, while collaborating with our team on a larger scale
- Will thrive working on multiple projects at once
- Strong public speaker, able to present to clients regularly and confidently
- Required platform experience: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio
Salary and Part-Time Benefits
- Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- $23-28 per hour, based on experience
- Company provided laptop
- Weekly pay on Fridays

Location – Portsmouth, NH or Remote
- Must be based in the United States. Not open to freelancers.
- This role has the opportunity to become full-time based on Agency workload later in 2025 / early 2026.
