Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers through various analytic products. Collaborate across the intelligence community to understand customer needs, identify gaps, and develop validated collection requirements. Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements; assess value relative to decision-making needs. Engage with analysts to determine intelligence gaps and develop prioritized collection strategies. Convert intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements; establish priorities, coordinate tasking, and monitor results. Support the solicitation, coordination, validation, and evaluation of multi-INT collection requirements. Balance time-sensitive requests with ongoing collection priorities; develop assessments of collection operations and future posture. Provide technical guidance for ISR system needs, support software/application requirements, and enable interoperable systems. Uphold strict security protocols and protect classified information.
Minimum Qualifications
Meets all qualifications & skills of a Junior-level collection manager, with demonstrated mid-level expertise. Desired Experience: At least 8 years of relevant analytical and collection management experience, including some experience in the last 2 years. Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
Systems Experience/Certification
Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools. Must pass the USCENTCOM Collection Management Course and DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year.
Salary Range
$85,000 - $95,000
