Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence consumers, optimizing collection developments and relevance. Collaborate across the intelligence community to identify customer needs and develop validated collection strategies. Evaluate the efficiency of multi-INT collection efforts and inform decision-making processes. Engage with analysts and senior leadership to determine intelligence gaps and drive collection strategy development. Convert complex intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements; establish priorities and oversee tasking and monitoring. Support solicitation, coordination, validation, and evaluation of collection requirements; balance time-sensitive needs with standing priorities. Develop comprehensive assessments of current and future collection operations and posture. Provide input to policy, doctrine, and technical guidance to translate ISR requirements into technical solutions. Ensure interoperability of intelligence systems and adherence to security protocols.
Minimum Qualifications
Meets all qualifications & skills of a Mid-level collection manager, with advanced leadership and operational expertise. Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least some experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education: Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution; or a Bachelor's degree plus an additional 5 years of senior-level experience (totaling 17 years) as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
Systems Experience/Certification
Proficiency in collection management systems and data analysis tools. Must pass the USCENTCOM Collection Management Course and DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year.
Salary Range
105,000 - 110,000
