Dash’s Market is looking for a full time COFFEE SHOP MANAGER!
This candidate must be professional, have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic in dealing with our customers. They must also be encouraging and supportive of their staff.
Managing our CAFE department includes but is not limited to:
- Learning all coffee drink recipes and barista duties
- Light decorating knowledge and use of pastry bag
- Maintaining a clean department
- Scheduling
- Managing orders and inventory levels
- Merchandising product
- Stocking product (lifting, bending)
- Maintaining proper product rotation
- Billing and receiving paperwork

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years restaurant/retail experience
- Open availability, including weekends!
