Micro Assembler A
DDC is looking for highly skilled talented Engineers to participate in the exciting field of leading edge Communications Technology for Aerospace and similar applications. DDC already provides many high reliability solutions for Aerospace, both Commercial and Military, and is looking to expand its leadership in this area by developing several forward looking products and solutions. These products and solutions will lead the way for developing and deploying future Aerospace networks.
Responsibilities
Primary/Essential Duties:
- Perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope, with little or no supervision.
- Perform die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly or other operations of comparable difficulty.
- Use small hand tools and microscope.
- Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operation and proper assembly procedures.
- Assist in meeting department production goals.
- Detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines if applicable.
- Read and follow operational sheets.
Secondary Duties:
- Work in a team environment
- Cross train
- Determine priorities with given resources
Qualifications
Job Qualifications - Education/Experience:
- Approximately 3 years micro assembly or related experience.
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret complex assembly drawings.
