A unique opportunity to provide impact from within our Crossroads Continuum as well as Community Services programs, this role drives DLC's ability to provides transformative and imperative services to those who have made the empowered decision to undertake lasting rehabilitation, specifically Collier County adults with primary and co-occurring disorders.
This is a "working Supervisor" opportunity to focus on Client care, team leadership and all facets of support related to our community partnerships and work with the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
POSITION DETAILS:
- Utilizing a variety of direct clinical skills in assessment and treatment intervention services, including individual, group and family therapy.
- Management and leadership responsibilities for SAMHSA-MAT Collier Team, Care Coordination, Substance Use Case Management, new Mental Health/Substance Use Disorders PHP and other related MAT clinical services, including:
~ Assisting HR with recruitment/hiring
~ Staff evaluations, timesheets, disciplinary action
~ Recommendations for policy and procedure
- Responsible for all SAMHSA-MAT Collier Team deliverables.
- Overseeing Federal and State Care Coordination services and deliverables and properly train Staff to work within the scope of the guidance documents.
- Ensuring required substance use outcome tools are completed accurately and timely.
- Overseeing and supporting caseload and productivity management to ensure timely access to care.
- Managing federal and state portal to ensure timely and accurate data collection processes.
- Participating in Recovery Oriented Systems of Care Committees and projects.
- Developing professional relationships with community stakeholders in support of DLC Mission and program deliverables as assigned by Director.
- Developing, reviewing, and evaluating treatment plans based on client age, individual needs, condition, client/family input and diagnosis.
- Making sure assessment and treatment plans are reviewed per program guidelines.
- Aligning clinical services with DLC core values such as Client empowerment, low restriction, recovery-focused care, Client choice and input, appropriate family/significant other involvement, and ongoing Client/family education.
- Keeping the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system updated and accurate at all times.
- Participating in clinical supervision and communicating with external providers/other DLC programs.
- Functioning as part of a multi-disciplinary team and other tasks as assigned by Crossroads Continuum Director.
TO JOIN OUR ELITE SUPERVISOR TEAM:
- Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in psychology, social work, behavioral science or other related area = Required
- Active FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) = Required
- 2 years of related substance use disorder treatment work in counseling, therapy, residential, community services or other related milieu = Required
- Staff supervisory/leadership experience = Strongly Preferred
- Knowledge of overall objectives, treatment concepts and regulations pertaining to the care and treatment of the mentally ill and/or individuals with substance use disorder issues = Required
- Ability to relate to and communicate with a diverse group of Clients, colleagues, agencies and community members = Required
- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required
- Dedication to the organization's mission, standards, procedures and protocol = Required
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office 365/Teams = Required
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required
- Ability to pass a DCF Level II Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required
