Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified environmental associate with 3-6 years’ experience handling compliance, permitting, and enforcement, and should be prepared to split their time among these areas. Experience or interest in complex environmental litigation is preferred but not required. Candidates should be knowledgeable about multiple areas of environmental law including some of the following: air and water quality, solid and hazardous wastes, cleanup and cost allocation, spills and releases, brownfields redevelopment, and worker health & safety. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow our practice and serve our clients.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.

Qualifications

Salary : $205,000 - $245,000
