What are the responsibilities and job description for the OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST position at Davis Health System?

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, long term care settings in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy.  Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.

Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree

Required Certification/Registration: Registered Occupational Therapist, Current WV license, CPR certification
