Responsibilities

- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
- Manage guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments efficiently, including cash handling and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Uphold restaurant policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
