Nucar is looking for an energetic, people-focused Body Shop Office Coordinator to be the friendly face of our Collision Center. You'll be the go-to person for customers from the moment they walk in to the moment they drive away-making sure their experience is smooth, positive, and stress-free.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process with confidence and care
• Answer phones, assist customers, and keep communication flowing
• Schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
• Provide clear updates on repair status and next steps
• Cash out customers and process payments accurately
• Work closely with technicians, estimators, and management to keep things moving
• Help maintain and organize inventory and shop supplies
• Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong people skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Able to handle cash and basic transactions
• Willing to help with inventory maintenance and organization
• Basic computer and scheduling system experience
• Automotive, body shop, or customer service experience is a plus
