INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
- Full-Time (In-Person) Position
- Full benefits package available the 1st of the month following 60 days
- Weekly Pay Period
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Align communications and promotional activities with company’s mission and goals
- Write, Edit, Design Weekly Company Newsletter
- Update company forms and upload to appropriate database
- Update and maintain policy, procedure and operational manuals
- Assist with presentation designs, development, and copy edits
- Assist with sponsorship and recruitment event registrations and planning with the Communications Supervisor and Director of Community Engagement
- Assist with creating marketing campaigns and measuring campaign performance
- Collaborate on group projects (proposal production, recruiting and advertising design, etc.)
- Support organizations' social media, jobs, digital media accounts and maintaining a positive public image within these networks
- Assist marketing vendors on projects, global communication, and marketing initiatives
- Interdepartmental coordination via multiple methods of communication to gather information and approvals
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
