What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Director, Client Success. This individual will provide client leadership and strategic direction for assigned Agencies. The Client Strategy/Success team is responsible for providing excellent client service and managing all post sales activities from set up through post campaign performance reviews, while driving incremental revenue and renewals for all media buys. The Director Client Success will oversee a people pod while supporting a book of business and building relationships to understand clients business goals and help them achieve success using DeepIntent’s solutions. This individual will have a strong knowledge of digital/programmatic media planning, activation and measurement. The Director will contribute to the overall success of the POD, and company.
- Manage operations associated with key strategic accounts; serve as the lead for DeepIntent solutions recommendations
- Partner with a Senior Technical/Platform specialist to provide Agencies with the optimal client experience in Solutions, Platform experience and Measuremnt
- Manage, mentor and coach a pod of Associate Client Success Managers
- Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Partner with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign wrap-up analysis, as well as conduct client business reviews
- Work closely with Agency Partnership team to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
- Ability to take on complex problems and create routes to scale solutions quickly, decisively and resourcefully
- Take a proactive approach working with agencies, holding companies, and brands in planning and scaling the business to achieve high growth plans
- Help develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
Who You Are:
- 5 years of Agency/Media planning experience with a focus on biddable media, digital activation
- Extensive people management experience within account management/client success
- Experience in pharma/healthcare required
- You have a great passion for digital and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups
- Have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment
- You are detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)
- Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, client meetings, QBR's, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $145,000 -$160,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
