Field Service Technician

We are a global industry leader in providing temperature and humidity control solutions to an array of industries such as construction, industrial, and water damage restoration This is most commonly accomplished through the use of dehumidifiers, heaters, air conditioners, generators, distribution panels, etc.

Responsibilities: The Field Service Technician will provide field service support and consultation such as testing and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage systems; provide best technical solution to solve the customer issue; complete assigned jobs; maintain and repair equipment.

· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

· Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

· Produce timely and detailed service reports

· Maintain and repair all equipment to ensure equipment is ready for rent

· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

· Build positive relationships with customers and other employees

Requirements

· HVAC experience – Certification preferred, but not required

· Field service experience

· Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical electrical equipment

· Electrical schematic reading

· English literacy – Speak, Read and Write

· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

· CDL – preferred or will be required to obtain within 3 months

· Ability to travel when required and sometimes on a moment’s notice

· Must pass pre-employment screening
