Stocker

Dekalb Package is a locally owned liquor store dedicated to providing top-tier customer service and a wide selection of wines, spirits, and craft beers. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Stocker to join our team and help keep the store organized, clean, and fully stocked. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Position Overview:
As a Stocker, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes ensuring our products are available, shelves are tidy, and deliveries are handled efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, physically active, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize deliveries
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays accurately and efficiently
• Manage customer orders and delivery
• Compare inventory ledgers with product received
• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Experience working in a stockroom position or similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage time efficiently and effectively
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended amount of time
• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Self driven people that do not need to be micromanaged
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
