What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Representative position at Delaware Elevator?
Continued growth and expansion has created the need for a Service Representative to join our fast paced team. The Service Representative will be responsible providing administrative support to the Service department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Role and Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers and assist with their requests
• Communicate with Service Technicians in the field
• Create service call tickets using Total Elevator Service database
• Input new construction turnovers into service database
• Assist with multiple state testing requirements
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with Customers, Technicians, Managers, and Coworkers
• Assist with any additional tasks as requested by Service management team
Preferred Skills:
• Must have good communication skills to properly answer phones and communicate effectively.
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, and learn Total Elevator Service
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be prompt each day and work in accordance with Delaware Elevator Company policies
• Bachelor’s Degree is recommended but not required
