Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suites Runners to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Runner, you will work with suite attendants to deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen to the guests.

Responsibilities
- Delivers orders from the Suites pantries in an efficient and timely manner to the correct luxury suite
- Inquire and ensure guest satisfaction during the event by working with the suite attendant
- Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the dining room and kitchen
- Bus suites, with the suite attendant’s approval, taking empty dishes to the kitchen
- Cleans off and wipes down work area and carts at the end of the event
- Assist other runners or suite attendants as needed
- Assist dessert carts with restocking/serving desserts during the event
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
- Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.; ability to push up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift
- Frequent bending, stretching, reaching and walking up and down stairs as the work duties demand
- Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces to deliver food to customers
- Ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and on stairs
