The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for customer-oriented seasonal Premium Club Attendants to join our DDM team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. Premium Club Attendants are responsible for assisting guests as needed, in accordance with Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards.

Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary service to Premium Club guests following the DNC Universal Service Standards.
- Greet guests and provide directions and information as requested.
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the assigned area.
- Assist all staff as needed. (Set-up, servicing, and cleaning, including bussing of tables, refilling utensils and condiments, and trash removal).
- Effectively communicates verbally and written with staff and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility or club environment required; previous experience as suite runner preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of suite.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
- Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.
