Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Morristown, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll Do Manage Oracle software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of proposal strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. 50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: Participating in all phases of the AIM methodologies project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients; Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover, and Go-Live to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse Management, and Procurement system landscapes; Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse Management, and Procurement; Performing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse Management, and Procurement production rollouts and providing postproduction Hypercare support and defect resolution through use of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS); Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements using Microsoft Tools; Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders by leveraging Microsoft Tools; and Guiding the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Microsoft tools.
